Job summary

Imagenet is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients in Makati. This onsite role focuses on coordinating Non-Emergent Medical Transportation (NEMT) for patients with timely scheduling and precise execution.

Training is provided, no previous BPO experience required. Expect a fast-paced environment with shifting schedules and weekend work as needed, plus benefits such as transportation and meal allowances, and Day 1 HMO coverage for dependents.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service to clients.
• Coordinate NEMT scheduling, routing, and dispatching.
• Secure necessary prior authorizations for NEMT services.
• Schedule paratransit transportation according to needs.
• Address transportation disruptions promptly and professionally.
• Maintain quality by following procedures and suggesting improvements.
• Meet and exceed KPIs for service delivery.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated.
