Job summary

Outsourced Staff in the Philippines is seeking an HR, Compliance & Operations Officer (NDIS) to manage HR admin, compliance and executive support across the organisation.

You will oversee onboarding, payroll, governance, board reports, calendars, and marketing/communications tasks, with strong attention to privacy and accuracy.

The role requires collaboration with the CEO/GM and site managers, and experience with Lumary Salesforce and Easy Employer is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR administration, compliance administration, EA or admin roles.
• NDIS or regulated sector experience highly regarded.
• Experience supporting a CEO/board is valued.
• Experience with payroll and timesheets is valued.
• Lumary / Easy Employer experience is preferred.
• Strong MS 365 skills and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• HR admin and employee lifecycle management.

• Payroll and timesheet processing assistance.
