Job summary

A customer success firm is seeking a B2B Customer Success Manager in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The ideal candidate is a native or non-native Japanese speaker with JLPT N1 and has 1-2 years of experience in B2B/account management. Responsibilities include managing accounts through video conferencing and emails, providing multi-channel support, and working on renewals and retention programs. This is a permanent hybrid position with a start date of 30th June 2025.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of B2B/Account Management experience.
• Fluent in both Japanese and English.
• Experience in using CRM tools is preferred.
