Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the ACE team to achieve retail sales targets and productivity.
• Manage team performance, staffing, succession planning, and regular performance reviews.
• Drive in-store call cycles, sales activities, promotions, and digital education initiatives.
• Conduct counter coaching and promote engagement in brand training and e-learning.
• Review monthly sales performance and develop strategies to grow customer base and corporate opportunities.
