Job summary

Suzuki Philippines Inc. is seeking a Motorcycle Dealer Training Group Head to oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of training for Suzuki's nationwide motorcycle dealers.

The role manages training initiatives for sales personnel, dealer staff and dealer management across product knowledge, sales processes and operation standards. The position leads the trainers team and coordinates with MC sales, Aftersales, and Marketing to ensure programs meet business and dealer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
• More than 10 years of relevant experience in automotive/motorcycle dealer training, sales training, or technical training.
• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Proven experience designing and delivering training programs for a dealer or franchise network.
• Solid understanding of motorcycle products, dealership operations, and after-sales processes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a team of trainers.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, instructional design, and public speaking skills.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with e-learning/LMS platforms.
• Excellent English and Filipino communication skills.
• Willing and able to travel extensively across the Philippines on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs for Suzuki's nationwide motorcycle dealers.
• Manage training initiatives for sales personnel, dealer staff and dealer management.
