The Role

Suzuki Philippines Inc. is seeking highly motivated and driven Motorcycle Field Sales Coordinators to join our team in Laguna Area. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our network of dealerships across the Laguna area.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing Suzuki motorcycle dealerships
• Provide comprehensive technical and sales support to dealerships, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver exceptional customer service
• Gather and analyse market intelligence to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with the regional sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Participate in regular dealer visits, product training, and sales and marketing activities
• Maintain accurate records of all dealer interactions and sales activities

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1-3 years experience in a sales or account management role in the motorcycle/automotive industry
• Proven track record of building and managing successful dealer relationships
• Strong technical knowledge of motorcycle products and the ability to provide expert advice and support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with dealerships at all levels
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on achieving results
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
