The role emphasizes cost optimization and team development to support growth. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure efficient import/export processes for machines and spare parts across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–8 years of logistics, warehouse, or transportation leadership experience.
• Experience in heavy equipment or industrial sectors is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of importation, customs clearance, and trade compliance in the Philippines.
• Experience with WMS, TMS, and logistics digitalization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a 3–5-year national logistics strategy.
• Plan and optimize warehouse networks for machines and spare parts.
• Lead WMS upgrades and process improvements.
• Benchmark against Caterpillar and Komatsu standards; prepare reports.
• Design trunk and distribution networks to reduce costs and lead times.
• Manage carriers and transportation partners.
• Ensure compliant import/export operations for machines and parts.
• Monitor trade policies and customs regulations.
• Develop and monitor logistics budgets and cost reduction initiatives.
• Lead deployment and integration of TMS, WMS, and shipment visibility platforms.
