• Knowledgeable in all products and services carried by the company.
• Represents the company during all customer and prospect interaction.
• Get the sale using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations).
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features and services.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Visit client locations, checking and verifying client information.
• Meet personal and team sales targets.
• Research accounts, generate, and maintain records of all sales leads and follow through.
• Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.
• Ensure that the products stand out against the competition.
• Conduct market research and craft online marketing strategy and start selling products online.
• Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
