Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a Multi Skilled Technician to join our operations team in BFC. This full‑time role maintains and services our property facilities across mechanical, electrical, plumbing and related systems, ensuring safety and reliability.

You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot diverse issues, document work, and collaborate with contractors and colleagues to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Multi Skilled Technician or similar maintenance role.
• Competency across trades: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC.
• Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and preventive care on building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot across trades.
• Inspect facilities to identify problems before they escalate.
• Carry out repairs and replacements of faulty equipment and components.
• Maintain records of maintenance work and parts used.
