Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials to complete repairs.
• Support energy management to ensure all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety; report violations.
