You will support cross-team coordination, document work for compliance, handle minor repairs, monitor performance, and assist with project tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Solid technical and mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting experience.
• Practical skills in using common tools and following safety procedures.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork to coordinate with supervisors and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn new systems and technologies relevant to digital operations.
• Vocational training or a diploma in a technical field is preferred; experience in technician/operations roles is an advantage.
• On-site work in the Philippines and ability to work shifts per schedule.
• Preferably licensed Electrician; 1+ year related experience.
• Experience in plumbing and airconditioning is a plus.

Responsibilities may include handling minor repairs, monitoring system performance, following safety and quality procedures, and supporting project‑related technical tasks as needed. The role requires flexibility to work across different tasks and departments, contributing to a reliable and efficient operational environment.
