iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc. is seeking a Multiskilled Technician to join our on-site team in the Philippines.

The role covers routine equipment inspections, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance across multiple systems, with documentation for compliance and tracking. You will collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations, assist in minor repairs, monitor system performance, and follow strict safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have technical and mechanical aptitude with experience in basic troubleshooting.
• Practical skills in using common tools and adherence to safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn new systems and technologies relevant to digital operations.
• Vocational training or technical diploma preferred; prior technician experience is a plus.
• On-site work in the Philippines with shift flexibility and health, safety policies.
• Licensed Electrician and/or experience in plumbing and air conditioning is advantageous.

Role Description

The Multiskilled Technician is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Philippines, supporting day‑to‑day technical operations and facility needs. This role involves performing routine equipment inspections, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance across multiple systems or tools. The Multiskilled Technician assists in resolving technical issues, coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth operations, and documenting work performed for compliance and tracking. Responsibilities may include handling minor repairs, monitoring system performance, following safety and quality procedures, and supporting project‑related technical tasks as needed. The role requires flexibility to work across different tasks and departments, contributing to a reliable and efficient operational environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess solid technical and mechanical aptitude, with experience in basic troubleshooting, equipment handling, and preventive maintenance.
• Candidates should possess practical skills in using common tools, following safety procedures, and adhering to operational and quality standards.
• Candidates should possess strong problem‑solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate with supervisors, peers, and cross‑functional teams.
• Candidates should possess adaptability and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and technologies relevant to digital operations.
• Relevant vocational training, technical certifications, or a diploma in a technical field is preferred; prior experience in a similar technician or operations role is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site in the Philippines, follow shift schedules as required, and comply with company health, safety, and security policies.
• Preferably licensed Electrician, with at least 1 yr related experience
• Preferable w/ experience in plumbing and airconditioning works
