About the role

Polystar General Services Inc. is seeking a skilled and versatile Multiskilled Technician to join our growing team in Dasmarinas City, Cavite. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to work across multiple technical disciplines in a dynamic environment. As a Multiskilled Technician, you will be instrumental in maintaining, repairing, and installing various systems and equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and safety across our service portfolio. Your technical expertise and adaptability will be critical to delivering high-quality service solutions to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across multiple technical disciplines including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general mechanical systems

• Diagnose technical faults and troubleshoot equipment issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions

• Conduct preventative maintenance on various systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan

• Follow safety protocols and industry standards whilst performing all technical duties

• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including documentation of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory of parts used

• Respond promptly to service calls and emergency repair requests from clients

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction requirements are met

• Perform tool and equipment maintenance, ensuring all technical equipment is in working order

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a multiskilled or general technician with demonstrable knowledge across at least two technical disciplines (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or similar)

• Technical qualification or certification in at least one trade discipline, or equivalent practical experience

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently and make sound technical decisions

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients and team members

• Physical capability to perform manual work, including lifting heavy objects, working at heights, and operating in various environmental conditions

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client sites

• Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining safe working practices

• Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing priorities and urgent service requests

• Preferred: Previous experience in facilities management, commercial maintenance, or general services environments

• Preferred: Additional certifications or training in multiple technical disciplines
