Job summary

RAM Food Products Inc. in Laguna, Philippines seeks a maintenance technician to perform daily preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently.

You will troubleshoot conveyors, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, motor controls, relays, and sensors, while following LOTO and fire/safety procedures. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and cross-training is provided.

Qualifications

Experience in food manufacturing is an advantage.
Fresh graduates are welcome and may undergo intensive cross-training.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance management and lubrication.
Knowledge of electrical controls, technical schematics, and basic PLC troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Execute mechanical repairs on conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Troubleshoot electrical motor controls, relays, contactors, and sensors.
Perform preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
Apply Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) and safety procedures during maintenance.
Assist contractors for major machine repairs, overhaul, or installation.
