Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation, Inc. in Laguna, Philippines is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Technician to monitor, troubleshoot, and repair production and utility equipment onsite at Canlubang. Fresh engineering graduates are welcome. OJT/internship in a food manufacturing setting is an advantage, with duties focusing on maintaining equipment histories and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Engineering course, preferably Industrial Technology.
• Strong communication skills and high stress tolerance.
• Able to lift at least 20 kg.
• Knowledgeable in maintenance of production and utility equipment.
• Knowledgeable in Operations, Troubleshooting, Preventive Maintenance, PID, Control Engineering Systems, and PLC.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• OJT or internship experience in a food manufacturing company is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna (Full Onsite).

Responsibilities

• Monitors, troubleshoots, and conducts repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
• Provides mechanical technical services for installation of production, utility, and support equipment.
• Gathers equipment specifications and data for preventive maintenance programs and histories.
• Performs preventive and predictive maintenance, including condition monitoring, and prepares benchmarking analyses.
• Performs corrective maintenance and analyzes equipment failures; executes load testing.
• Implements improvements to enhance production line efficiency and safety.
• Ensures all operating systems are in tip-top condition and maintains safety of personnel and assets.
