Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Multi-skilled Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

This role supports Engineering and Technical Services with routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure system reliability. You will assist with installation, review work orders, estimate time and materials, and help manage completion while supporting energy management and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and basic repairs.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to document and track work orders.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Work with available systems to manage and track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Report violations to Management.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
• Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
