Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Multi-skilled Technician in Muntinlupa to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical building systems. The role supports energy management and safety compliance, with supervision and defined procedures guiding daily tasks.

The position requires 1–2 years of related experience or a combination of experience and education, a high school diploma or trade school credential, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of job-related experience.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs; manage and track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations; report violations to Management.
• Follow defined procedures to deliver output under close supervision.
