Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a Multi-skilled Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems. This role is part of Engineering and Technical Services, supporting maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.

You will conduct routine inspections, assist with installation, review work orders, and help ensure energy efficiency and safety compliance across building operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Good communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Report violations to Management.
• Follow defined procedures to solve straightforward problems under close supervision.
• Deliver output by following defined procedures and processes under supervision.
