MULTIMEDIA EXECUTIVE (Junior/Senior)

We are looking for a Multimedia Executive to create engaging graphics and videos for our conferences and awards programs. The ideal candidate is proficient in design and video tools, can assist in sound editing, and is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced event and media environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for conferences, awards programs, and broader marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to video production, including editing and post-processing to deliver high-quality output for both digital and live environments.
• Refine and optimize audio elements for video content when required.
• Leverage design and editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects to produce compelling multimedia content.
• Collaborate with the multimedia team in bringing creative concepts to life across events and campaigns.
• Organize and manage project files, media assets, and documentation for smooth workflows and easy retrieval.
• Bonus: Experience in photography and videography is a strong advantage.
