Sourcefit is seeking a seasoned Graphic Designer to join a Dubai-based holding company’s marketing shared-services team in Manila. Onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City, you will craft visual stories for presentations, campaigns and digital products, collaborate with the Senior Designer in Abu Dhabi, and deliver high-quality design for both government and corporate audiences.

You will manage layouts, graphics, infographics and short-form videos, while translating briefs into polished, on-brand visuals

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or a related field preferred.
• Portfolio required; demonstrate layout, presentation and multimedia design with at least one website and one mobile app case study showing user flows or wireframes, responsive UI and developer handoff.
• 5+ years of professional design experience in in-house, agency or similar environments; experience in senior stakeholder presentations across digital and print.

• Prepare clean, editable source files and production-ready exports to specifications.

Job Overview

Our client is an Abu Dhabi-based holding company with a diversified portfolio spanning strategic industries. The organisation is building a marketing shared-services capability in the Philippines to support its group and portfolio companies. Create clear, polished and on-brand visual communications for the group and its portfolio companies. Translate briefs into compelling design across presentations, campaigns, video, AI-assisted video, social reels, website and mobile app experiences, and other multimedia. Produce campaign collateral for ATL and BTL touchpoints in close collaboration with the Senior Designer in Abu Dhabi HQ.

Responsibilities

Design & Visual Storytelling

• Develop layouts and visual concepts for corporate and government-facing presentations, reports, proposals, campaigns and stakeholder materials.
• Turn complex information into clear, engaging visual stories using strong hierarchy, typography, imagery and data visualisation.
• Design responsive website and mobile app experiences, translating approved user needs and product requirements into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI and clickable Figma prototypes. Apply accessibility and platform conventions, use and extend approved design systems, and prepare clear specifications for developer handoff.

Multimedia & Content Production

• Create and edit graphics, infographics, short-form videos, social reels, simple motion graphics and AI-assisted video assets to brief, applying human review and approved brand, rights and content safeguards.
• Support campaign collateral across ATL and BTL touchpoints, including presentations, print, out-of-home, digital, point-of-sale, events, sponsorships, partner materials, event screens and signage.
• Prepare clean, editable source files and production-ready exports to the correct specifications.

Brand & Quality Control

• Apply the group and portfolio brand guidelines consistently and flag any unclear or conflicting brand requirements.
• Check spelling, data, image rights, dimensions, accessibility and technical specifications before delivery.
• Maintain organised source files, asset libraries and version control.

Workflow & Collaboration

• Work with the Senior Designer, Marcoms, Digital Marketing, Product and other stakeholders to clarify briefs and meet deadlines.
• Manage assigned work through the studio workflow, respond constructively to feedback and communicate progress or risks early.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or a related field preferred.
• A portfolio is required and must demonstrate strong layout, presentation and multimedia design, plus at least one website and one mobile app design case study showing user flows or wireframes, responsive UI, interactive prototypes and developer handoff.
• At least 5 years of professional design experience in an in-house studio, agency or similar environment, including hands‑on website and mobile app UX/UI design. Experience creating senior stakeholder presentations and working across digital and print formats is required; video or motion experience is an advantage.
