Job summary

Clay Creative Studio is seeking a remote Multimedia Designer to deliver high-quality design solutions from a home office. The role runs Monday to Friday, 2–11 p.m. Manila time, for an initial 2‑month contract with possible extension to 6 months. Occasional onsite meetings within Metro Manila may be required.

You will translate briefs into assets, maintain brand consistency, and produce static and video outputs using Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of design principles and visual hierarchy.
• Experience across social media, brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Proficiency in designing and customizing presentation decks using PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Translate client briefs, brand guidelines, and creative direction into high-quality design solutions.
• Develop and adapt creative assets across various formats and media channels while maintaining brand consistency.
• Produce static assets, multi-page layouts, presentation decks, and video outputs using Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.
• Ensure all deliverables follow approved brand guidelines, templates, and asset standards.
• Conduct quality checks and incorporate internal and client feedback to ensure production-ready outputs.
• Manage design and brand migration deliverables, timelines, file organization, version control, and asset management.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to align creative outputs with project requirements.
• Identify design inconsistencies, proactively recommend solutions, and upscale potential risks or delays when needed.
• Support the Lead Designer in maintaining quality and consistency across deliverables.
• Provide guidance to junior designers or external production partners when required.
• Ensure assigned deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
