Integreon Managed Solutions (Philippines) Inc. in Makati City seeks a Senior Multimedia Designer to transform briefs into compelling visuals for audio-visual presentations, explainer videos, social media reels, and full animation. You will lead concept development, ensure quality, and deliver with strong customer service.

The role demands independent work, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with the art director and clients to maintain brand consistency and high creative standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's/College degree in Fine Arts or related field.
• At least 5 years of work experience in the relevant industry.

Responsabilidades

• Takes briefs with clients or art director to determine the scope of a project; offers on the spot design solutions and recommendations.
• Creates mood boards and storyboards that articulate the design direction taken for easy audience understanding.
• Conceptualizes and pushes boundaries of artworks based on the design brief and client briefs.
• Ensures adherence to corporate brand guidelines and client expectations.
• Estimates time required to complete projects and ensures timely delivery.
• Coordinates with art director on project progress and concerns.
• Incorporates client changes into final designs and reviews for errors before submission.
• Organizes and archives work files according to SOP and logs time spent in Tachyon.

Senior Multimedia Designer

Makati City

The Senior Multimedia Designer develops creative ideas/concepts into smooth and realistic movements, transitions and effects that enhance and designs a variety of products such as but not limited to Audio Visual Presentations, Explainer Videos, Social Media Reels/Videos and full animation. He/She generates ideas and sells them to clients and other members of the team and is the creative driving force behind the conceptualization of a project.

The Senior Multimedia Designer works independently and ensures quality standards and deadlines are met and a high level of customer service is provided.

Duties & Responsibilities

Communication (35%)

• Takes briefs with clients or art director to determine the scope of a project; offers on the spot design solutions and recommendations

• Creates mood boards and storyboards that articulate the design direction taken in a way that can be readily followed by the audience

Production (60%)

• Conceptualizes and pushes boundaries of artworks from the client briefs or Suggests message, style, or media that should be used based on the design brief

• Ensures that all corporate brand guidelines are adhered to and client expectation is achieved

• Estimates the time required to complete the project

• Creates innovative conceptual design solutions ready for presentation to the client

• Provides sufficient orientation to other designers to undertake the work, where appropriate

• Monitors progress of other designers and ensure timely delivery of output for projects that were split

• Coordinates with art director regarding project progress and other concerns

• Incorporates changes recommended by the clients into the final design

• Reviews design for errors, inconsistencies, and other technical specifications before art director/client submission

Admin (5%)

• Organizes and archives work files according to SOP

• Logs time spent for the project in Tachyon

• Attends meetings and briefings with clients and teammates

• Monitors Turnaround time and schedule of projects to meet deadlines and set expectations

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, After Effects and other design software's

• Software skills, exceptional proficiency in:

  • After Effects

  • Premier

  • Illustrator

  • Photoshop

  • Other CC tools

  • Dreamweaver, Other CC tools, PowerPoint

  • 3D graphic tools such as Maya,

Education & experience:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College degree in Fine Arts or any related field

• At least 5 years of work experience within the relevant industry
