Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila is seeking an experienced Multimedia Designer to develop concepts for graphics, video, and animation across a variety of assets, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output. • Minimum 5 years of experience in multimedia/visual design or related
• Strong proficiency in video editing and motion graphics
• Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with on-site shoots (camera ops, lighting, audio) is a plus
• Ability to translate briefs into compelling design concepts and storyboards

Your Role

As a Multimedia Designer, you will:

• Develop creative concepts and visual studies for graphics, video, and animation (motion graphics) across a wide range of assets, including brochures, white papers, e-books, banners, social media creatives, media kits, presentations, infographics, business cards, templates, and more.
• Execute formatting, layout, and design for diverse digital and print collateral, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence across all touchpoints.
• Manage the end-to-end production of digital and printed materials, coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and printers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Serve as an internal creative consultant, offering guidance on design approach, themes, best practices, visual storytelling, and effective content presentation.
• Upload and document drafts and final assets in internal repositories, ensuring proper organization, file hygiene, and strict adherence to MicroSourcing brand and creative standards.
• Support broader marketing and sales enablement initiatives as needed, including assistance with campaign assets, event materials, and internal communications.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate creative output and enhance the brand’s visual identity.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar multimedia, visual design, or creative production role.
• Strong proficiency in video editing and motion graphics.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Working knowledge of camera operations, lighting, and audio equipment for on-site shoots.
• Ability to translate written and verbal briefs into compelling design concepts, storyboards, and finished assets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for collaboration and presentation of concepts.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time/project management skills to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines simultaneously.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and file management habits.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience designing for an outsourcing company or a B2B corporate environment.
• Prior experience in a creative or advertising/production agency.
• Familiarity with new creative tools and a willingness to explore emerging design trends and technologies, including AI-assisted tools.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to travel for company events and internal team collaborations.
• High level of adaptability to manage change and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
