Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Creative Production Lead to drive client-centered creative work from home. You will act as the SME in discovery, translate client needs into scalable creative workflows, and lead onboarding, training and go-live for partnerships.

The role requires 3–5 years in creative design or production, plus strong client-facing and collaboration skills. Expect a remote setup with flexible work arrangements and ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in creative design, development, or production.
• 3–5 years in a BPO environment.
• Strong experience in either creative design or development with knowledge of the other.
• Understand creative workflows, accessibility, responsive design, and brand guidelines.
• Interpret briefs, specs, wireframes, and client feedback; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Creative Development SME in client discussions and discovery.
• Understand client needs and propose practical, scalable creative solutions and workflows.
• Lead implementation, onboarding, training, and go-live for new partnerships.
• Coordinate with clients, Sales, Account Management, Recruiting and delivery teams for project execution.
• Help define roles, assess candidates, support training, ensure readiness to launch.
• Provide post-launch guidance, troubleshoot issues, and suggest process improvements.

Your Role

As a Creative Production Lead,

• Serve as the Creative Development subject matter expert in client discussions and discovery sessions.
• Understand client needs and recommend practical, scalable creative solutions and workflows.
• Lead implementation, onboarding, training, and go-live activities for new partnerships.
• Coordinate with clients, Sales, Account Management, Recruiting, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Help define roles, assess candidates, support training, and ensure delivery teams are ready to launch.
• Provide post-launch guidance, troubleshoot creative or technical issues, and recommend process improvements.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in creative design, creative development, creative production, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a BPO environment.
• Strong experience in either creative design or creative development, with working knowledge of the other.
• Understanding of creative workflows, design principles, accessibility, responsive design, brand guidelines, and quality assurance.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, technical specifications, wireframes, storyboards, and client feedback.
• Strong client-facing, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Familiarity with creative, development, and workflow/project-management tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience in client implementations, onboarding, creative discovery, solutions design, process transitions, or pre-sales.
• Previous experience as a Creative Lead, Art Director, Design Lead, Creative Development Lead, or similar role.
• Portfolio or work samples showcasing creative design, development, or production work.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar tools.
• Experience with high-volume creative production, versioning, resizing, localization, or template-based production.
• Knowledge of digital advertising formats and specifications.
• Experience with automation, generative AI, dynamic creative optimization, or process improvement.
