Great Deals E-Commerce Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Content Production Manager to oversee the content production lifecycle, lead a diverse team, and coordinate creation, editing, and delivery of engaging content across platforms. This role partners with marketing, design, and digital teams to ensure timely, high-quality outputs aligned with brand voice.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in content production, strong leadership, and proficiency with graphic and video tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Fine Arts, Communications, Graphics Design or related field.
• 3–4 years of working experience in content production or related field.
• Ability to communicate company vision and mission effectively.
• Good understanding of company rules and regulations and adherence to them.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools and software.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop content strategies with stakeholders to support objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of content creators (writers, editors, designers, videographers).
• Coordinate end-to-end content production from ideation to delivery and ensure brand voice.
• Set and enforce editorial standards, tone, and style guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and digital teams to align content with campaigns.
• Contribute to content creation across written, visual, and multimedia formats.
• Manage multiple projects, allocate resources, and provide progress updates.
• Plan content distribution and promotions with marketing to maximize reach.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content production.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned.
