Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Assistant specialized in video, motion graphics and editing to produce content for Alfamart's campaigns across digital, retail, and events.

You will handle post-production, graphics, and support shoots as needed. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in multimedia arts or related field and 1–3 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics; proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects and DaVinci Resolve is essential; portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts or related field.
• 1–3 years of video editing, motion graphics or multimedia-production experience.
• Strong fresh graduates with a relevant portfolio may be considered.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent software.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Produce Reels, short-form videos, product features, campaign videos, explainers, corporate stories, and event recaps.
• Assist in developing scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and content flows.
• Shoot video using professional cameras, mobile devices, and approved equipment.
• Edit video footage, music, voice-over, audio, subtitles, graphics, and branded elements.
• Create motion graphics, animated text, logo treatments, product movements, transitions, and title cards.
• Perform basic color correction, audio enhancement, and video cleanup.
• Resize and export content based on platform specifications.
• Create thumbnails, cover designs, title cards, and supporting graphic assets.
• Assist in product, lifestyle, employee, store, executive, and event photography.
• Organize raw footage, project files, audio assets, graphics, and final outputs.
• Maintain version control and properly archive editable files.
• Support livestreams, presentations, activations, and events when required.
• Support static artwork and print requirements during peak workload periods.
• Explore AI-assisted video, audio, animation, and creative-production tools responsibly.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for Marketing Assistant - Video, Motion Graphics & Editing who will produce video, editing, animation, and motion-graphics content for Alfamart's commercial, corporate, digital, retail, and event requirements.

The role primarily owns video post-production and motion graphics but must also be capable of supporting graphic design, photography, shoots, and production-ready adaptations.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE PART OF THE TEAM

• Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Film, Animation, Digital Media, Communication Arts, or related field.
• At least 1-3 years of video editing, motion graphics, or multimedia-production experience.
• Strong fresh graduates with a relevant portfolio may be considered.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent software.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic to intermediate camera, lighting, audio, photography, and graphic-design skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating short-form video, editing, and motion-graphics work is required.
