ADDFORCE HR SOLUTIONS INC is seeking a Multilingual Service Desk Analyst fluent in Dutch, French, and English to join our onsite IT support team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. You will provide first-level IT support and help resolve customer issues across a dynamic multinational environment.

Qualifications

Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken & written).
With or without Service Desk or Technical Support experience.
Fresh graduates and career shifters are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn IT support processes.
Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level IT support via phone, email, and chat.
Respond to technical inquiries and troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues.
Log, monitor, and resolve incidents and service requests using the ticketing system.
Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate support teams.
Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and customer interactions.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLAs.
Collaborate with global support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
