Job summary

Akari Lighting & Technology Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across branches, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high service standards while aligning with company goals.

You will lead operational teams, monitor productivity, and collaborate with Sales, HR, Finance, Procurement, and Marketing to optimize processes and performance. Strong leadership and data-driven decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Operations Management, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, food and beverage, or multi-branch operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across branches/units and ensure efficiency.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor performance, productivity, sales, and service quality.
• Lead and coach branch managers, supervisors, and staff.
• Set targets and ensure teams meet performance standards.
• Conduct regular branch visits and operational reviews for compliance.
