The position involves coordinating store maintenance, ensuring SOP-compliant execution, aligning marketing efforts, and preparing utilization reports for leadership review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/administration/management.
• 15+ years of experience in related field.
• At least 8 years managerial experience in F&B or Retail.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, coaching and people management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Office.
• Ability to meet deadlines and multitask.
• Driven to fulfil company goals.

Responsibilities

• Manages up to 80-150 stores across North Luzon.
• Ensures timely store maintenance resolutions.
• Executes in-store assignments per SOP and policy.
• Maintains consistent marketing across assigned stores.
• Ensures adherence to company policy and regulations.
• Collaborates with team to plan projects, timelines, and track progress.
• Creates reports and presentations on incidents, targets, and losses.
• Performs market research and analyzes competitor activity.
• Forecasts future zonal/department needs.
• Other job-related tasks as assigned.
