Responsibilities

• Manage up to 80-150 stores in the North Luzon area.
• Solve pending store maintenance issues regularly.
• Ensure compliance with SOP and company policies.
• Work closely with the team to monitor progress and evaluate performance.
• Create reports to summarize findings on sales targets.
• Conduct market research and evaluation of competitors.
