Job summary

Melters Steel Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to upkeep and maintain M3 Tower in the Philippines. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire suppression systems, as well as responding to tenant repair requests.

The ideal candidate will understand mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and have experience with general maintenance tasks, reporting to the Building/Property Engineer and coordinating with the MST for on-call support

Qualifications

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Experience with general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

Report to Building/Property Engineer and be on-call for support.
Perform on-stream inspection/condition monitoring of rotating machinery and electrical controls.
Report abnormalities and implement action per instruction.
Identify improvements to keep machinery reliable at all times.
Be on call during Vermillion Events.
Coordinate with other MST for work schedules with Building Engineer.
Inspect quality of work of MST and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire suppression, and elevators.
Respond to tenant repair requests promptly.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems.
