Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering and licensed electrical engineer.
• 3–5 years in industrial/manufacturing engineering, preferably steel or heavy industry.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance expertise.

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural).
