Responsibilities

• Electrical maintenance: fix wiring, replace light fixtures, change switches, and service circuit breakers.
• Plumbing services: repair water leaks, clear clogged drains, and install or replace plumbing fixtures.
• HVAC and mechanical care: monitor, clean, and troubleshoot air conditioning and ventilation equipment.
• Facility repairs: handle minor carpentry, painting, patching, and masonry tasks for walls, doors, and ceilings.
• Inspections and logs: conduct daily or routine checks of common areas and log operational data for building systems.
• Safety compliance: follow strict safety rules and report major equipment faults to the building engineer or property manager.
