Job summary

Facilities Managers Inc. in the Philippines seeks a dedicated maintenance technician to inspect and maintain building systems, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC issues, and perform preventive maintenance per schedule.

You’ll respond quickly to emergencies and install or replace facility components as needed. You will monitor performance, keep maintenance records, and ensure health, safety and environmental compliance, while coordinating with contractors and supporting
