Job summary

Facilities Managers Inc. is seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician to perform maintenance across various building systems in our Makati office. The role requires hands-on expertise in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.

You will support office events and AV setup, coordinate with vendors, and help uphold safety and energy-efficiency standards while maintaining detailed logs and reports.

Responsibilities

• Support in office events and AV set up
• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Respond to facility-related service requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections of building infrastructure and address potential issues.
• Support office fit-outs, relocations, and reconfigurations (e.g., furniture moves).
• Monitor and maintain building management systems (BMS) and energy‑efficiency tools.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs or services.
• Coordinate with Building Management for concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, checklists, and reports.
• Conduct regular inspections of all office equipment and furniture.
• Assist in emergency response and business continuity procedures.

Multi-Skilled Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and operational tasks across building systems to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient workplace. This role requires a hands-on professional with expertise in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in office events and AV set up
• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems conducted by vendors.
• Respond to facility-related service requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct routine inspections of building infrastructure, identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Support office fit-outs, relocations, and reconfigurations (e.g., furniture moves, minor construction).
• Monitor and maintain building management systems (BMS) and energy efficiency tools.
• Support in Coordination with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services.
• Support in Coordination with Building Management for any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, checklists, and reports.
• Conduct regular Inspection in all office equipment and furniture
