Job summary

Firstlead Inc. is seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general facility systems across our building and office environments.

You will ensure equipment and facilities operate reliably to support uninterrupted business activities. The role emphasizes versatility, proactive preventive maintenance, prompt fault resolution, and accurate documentation of activities.

Responsibilities

• Regular inspection and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems to ensure proper function.
• Diagnose and repair equipment, machinery, and facility-related issues and respond to maintenance requests.
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and maintain lighting, outlets, and fixtures.
• Assist in installation and setup of office equipment and monitor condition for replacements when needed.
• Address minor plumbing issues and ensure cleanliness and functionality of restrooms and water systems.
• Support office layout adjustments, furniture setup, and relocation tasks.
• Record all maintenance activities and repairs, report recurrent issues, and manage tools inventory.
• Perform other technical or maintenance duties as assigned by management.

The Multi-Skilled Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general facility systems. The role ensures that all building equipment, office facilities, and operational machinery are in good working condition to support uninterrupted business operations. The position requires versatility in handling various technical tasks and responding to maintenance needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Preventive Maintenance

• Conduct regular inspection and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are functioning properly
• Perform routine checks to prevent breakdowns and operational interruptions

2. Repair & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and repair equipment, machinery, and facility-related issues
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and technical breakdowns
• Coordinate with external service providers when specialized repairs are needed

3. Electrical Works

• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
• Maintain lighting systems, outlets, and electrical fixtures
• Ensure electrical safety standards are followed

4. Mechanical & Equipment Maintenance

• Maintain office equipment, tools, and machinery
• Assist in installation and setup of equipment as needed
• Monitor condition and recommend replacements when necessary

5. Plumbing & Facility Maintenance

• Address minor plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and water system concerns
• Ensure cleanliness and functionality of comfort rooms and water systems

6. Facility Support

• Assist in office layout adjustments, furniture setup, and relocation tasks
• Support building maintenance and cleanliness coordination
• Ensure safe and organized working environment

7. Documentation & Reporting

• Record all maintenance activities and repairs conducted
• Report recurring issues and recommend preventive actions
• Maintain inventory of tools and maintenance supplies

8. Other Tasks

• Perform other technical or maintenance duties as assigned by management
