Job summary

Savills Philippines is seeking Building Technicians / Multi-skilled Technicians to perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and equipment uptime duties on-site in Makati.

You will handle work orders, ensure safety compliance, and support tenant relations while developing skills through meetings and trainings. Six-day work week on-site with focus on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in maintenance and repair in building facilities management.
• Willing to work on-site and six days a week.
• Basic computer and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building equipment and systems.
• Address tenant requests and issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and fire protection standards.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain facility uptime and asset integrity.
• Manage work orders from dispatch to completion and document results.
• Identify and report equipment issues; recommend repairs or improvements.
• Maintain health and safety systems, ensuring all equipment is functional, and incidents are reported.
• Support positive client and tenant relations through quality service.
• Recommend process improvements for maintenance efficiency.
• Participate in company meetings, training, and development activities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Willing to work on-site.
• Amenable to work six (6) days a week.
