Job summary

HR Primo Management Services is hiring a Multi-Skilled Technician to maintain office and retail facilities. You will perform carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and general maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operations across locations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, strong carpentry/woodwork skills, basic electrical and plumbing knowledge, and is physically fit with good communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician or similar role.
• Carpentry and woodwork skills are required.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Physically fit with good communication and teamwork.
• Residing in Binondo, Manila or willing to relocate there.
• Available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, repair, and installation work on furniture, fixtures, and building structures.
• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and control panels.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and safety systems.
• Handle painting, minor plumbing, and general maintenance tasks.
• Support facility improvement projects and coordinate activities with the team.
• Report issues and collaborate with the Facilities or Office Manager.

The Multi-Skilled Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and enhancing the company’s office and retail facilities. This hands‑on role covers carpentry, electrical work, and general maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, repair, and installation work on furniture, fixtures, and building structures

• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, and control panels

• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and safety systems

• Handle painting, minor plumbing, and general maintenance tasks as required

• Support facility improvement projects and coordinate activities with the maintenance team

• Report maintenance issues and collaborate closely with the Facilities or Office Manager

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar role

• Strong carpentry and woodwork skills (required)

• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems

• Proficient in the safe use of hand and power tools

• Physically fit with good communication and teamwork abilities

• Vocational graduate or high school diploma

• Residing in or willing to work in Binondo, Manila

• Available to start ASAP
