Job summary

A facility maintenance company is seeking a Multi Skilled Lead Technician in Metro Manila. The ideal candidate will have a vocational diploma and at least 1 year of experience. Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure all critical equipment is in good condition.
• Provide emergency repairs and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Comply with safety procedures and maintain clean work areas.
• Respond quickly to service requests and maintenance issues.
• Assist in room reservation setup with AV requirements.
• Perform minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and civil works.
• Inspect facility to identify maintenance needs and provide recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Courses Certificate / Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.

• Ability to determine what action should be taken in response to a customer complaint, comment or inquiry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure all critical equipment of the facility is in good‑running condition via the daily checklist monitoring system.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and perform scheduled maintenance activity based on the approved 52‑week program.
• Comply with safety procedure and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Receive and respond quickly to service request and other reported maintenance issues within the premises and provide findings and recommendations to Facilities Support Lead in a timely manner.
• Provide assistance in room reservation set‑up with projector, sound system, and other AV requirements.
• Perform minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and civil works for the facility.
• Inspect facility to identify maintenance needs and provide recommendation to Facilities Support Lead and perform necessary action as needed.

Salary Rate: 870 per day

Allowance: 1,000 monthly allowance

Schedule: Morning, Mid, or Night Shift (Shifting Schedule)
