Job summary

A facility maintenance company is seeking a Multi Skilled Lead Technician in Metro Manila. The ideal candidate will have a vocational diploma and at least 1 year of experience. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, performing repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. This full-time position offers a salary of 870 per day plus a monthly allowance of 1,000. Candidates must be able to work shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field required.
• TESDA NC II Certified in EIM or RAC is an advantage.
• Able to perform shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure all critical equipment is in good condition.
• Provide emergency repairs and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Comply with safety procedures and maintain clean work areas.
• Respond quickly to service requests and maintenance issues.
• Assist in room reservation setup with AV requirements.
• Perform minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and civil works.
• Inspect facility to identify maintenance needs and provide recommendations.
