Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor critical equipment through daily checklist monitoring.
• Perform emergency and scheduled maintenance activities.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in work areas.
• Respond quickly to service requests and maintenance issues.
• Assist in room reservations with required AV setup.
• Conduct minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and civil works.
• Inspect facilities for maintenance needs and provide recommendations.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma, Short Courses Certificate, Bachelor's, or College Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
• Required skill(s): EIM or RAC.
• TESDA NC II certification in EIM or RAC is an advantage.
• Able to perform shifting schedules.
• Well motivated individual and can work with less supervision.
• Ability to determine appropriate action in response to a customer complaint, comment, or inquiry.
• Knowledge of problem-solving techniques and methods.
• Good time management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure that all critical equipment of the facility is in good-running condition via the daily checklist monitoring system.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and perform scheduled maintenance activities based on the approved 52-week program.
• Comply with safety procedures and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Receive and respond quickly to service requests and other reported maintenance issues within the premises, and provide findings and recommendations to the Facilities Support Lead in a timely manner (e.g., air-conditioning temperature, defective outlets in work areas, mobile pedestal request, etc.).
• Provide assistance in room reservation set-up with projector, sound system, and other AV requirements.
• Perform minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil works for the facility (e.g., repainting/touch-up of walls and wooden doors, replace busted lights, repair defective outlets and door locks, etc.).
• Inspect the facility to identify maintenance needs and provide recommendations to the Facilities Support Lead, and perform necessary action as needed.

Salary Rate: 830 per day

Allowance: 300 monthly allowance

Schedule: Morning, Mid, or Night Shift (Shifting Schedule)
