Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician in Taguig to perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. This role sits within CBRE Global Workplace Solutions and supports end-to-end facilities services.

You will be part of the Engineering and Technical Services function, responsible for preventive maintenance, repairs, and supporting installations while ensuring safety and code compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or vocational graduate in FM or engineering.
• NCII certificate required.
• At least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management or Engineering/Maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment (Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC).
• Leadership and management experience.
• Amenable to shift schedule, 6 days a week (weekends/holidays).
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials; track completion.
• Support energy management for efficient building operations.

About The Role

As a CBRE Multi-skilled Technician, you will perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on a mechanical, electrical, and other building system.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Work with available systems to manage and track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Report violations to Management.
