Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Handyman to support on-site operations in Batangas. You will be responsible for executing handyman works, closing work orders, and performing daily site inspections along with minor repairs.

The role requires at least 6 years of direct experience in Building Operations & Maintenance, and an NC II certified Scaffolder. Candidates living near Tanauan Batangas or within an hour of travel to the FPIP client site are preferred, with strong knowledge

• At least 6 years direct experience in Building Operations & Maintenance.
• Residing near Tanauan Batangas or within 1 hour travel to FPIP Client site.
• Knowledgeable in Occupational Health & Safety.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the overall execution and completion of Handyman works (working at heights and others).
• Responsible for closing our Corrigo Work orders.
• Responsible for the daily & per shift site inspections and minor repair/adjustments.
• Responsible for monitoring & updating Critical Tools, Equipment & Consumables.
• Responsible for escorting and quality control Vendor PM & CM activities.
