Job summary

You will schedule preventive maintenance, supervise contractors, ensure compliance, and coordinate with departments to support efficient operations. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, with travel to multiple warehouse locations expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 1–3 years of facilities management/maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of building maintenance systems, safety procedures, and preventive maintenance.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel to multiple warehouse locations (Valenzuela, QC).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain office, warehouse, and facility conditions for safety and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of premises, equipment, utilities, and systems.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Supervise third-party service providers and maintenance staff.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Respond to maintenance requests and facility-related concerns.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and coordinate major repairs.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and parts.
• Maintain records of inspections, permits, and service reports.
• Coordinate with departments for facility requirements and improvements.
