Responsibilities

• Prospect non-motor insurance customers and build an account portfolio.
• Serve as main contact from pre-sales to after-sales to meet customer needs.
• Execute KYC processes for customers in own portfolio per regulatory requirements.
• Deliver positive customer experiences to drive multi-product and repeat business.
• Contribute to the team’s knowledge base on markets, products, and customer profiles.
• Provide data on own portfolio for management reports.
• Assist accounting with monitoring accounts receivable from customers in portfolio.
