You will be responsible for generating leads, preparing quotations, and assisting clients through the policy process. Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience in insurance or related fields is an advantage.
• Knowledge of motorcar insurance products is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on suitable insurance products based on their needs.
• Prepare and provide accurate insurance quotations and proposals.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Follow up on leads and renewals to meet sales targets.
• Maintain updated client records and manage the sales pipeline.
• Assist clients in completing application requirements.
• Provide after-sales support and build long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
