Qualifications

• Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce or related field.
• MBA / PG Diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics will be an advantage.
• 8–12 years of experience in Warehouse / Stores / Supply Chain.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Experience managing multiple warehouses / multi-location operations is strongly preferred.
• Candidates from Electrical & Electronics, Manufacturing, EPC / Infrastructure, FMCG / Distribution, 3PL / Logistics can be considered.

Responsibilities

• Multi-location warehouse management across 12 warehouses in India.
• Establish standard warehouse processes across all locations.
• Monitor MIS and conduct regular review calls.
• Conduct periodic warehouse audits and ensure compliance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with regular cycle counts and stock verification.
• Plan and control inter-warehouse transfers and material movements.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Transporters, and 3PL partners.
• Drive ERP discipline and implement SOPs across locations.
