Job summary

Freedive Academy is seeking a proactive Social Media & Content Lead to manage day-to-day content and social media operations for its Panglao brands. You will coordinate with specialists to ensure consistent voice, visuals, and messaging across platforms.

You will develop briefs, plan shoots, review content before publication, and monitor performance to drive improvements in strategy and production workflow.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in social media management or content marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day social media and content operation across Apnea Dynamics brands.
• Develop and maintain content calendars for multiple brands and platforms.
• Translate campaigns and priorities into clear content plans.
• Create briefs and assign content projects to team members.
• Coordinate content creators and production teams.
• Plan content shoots and ensure assets are captured.
