Job summary

Signature Blends, Inc. is seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist to manage day-to-day posting, publish content, and monitor engagement across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms for ten brands.

You will coordinate content requirements, create basic graphics and captions, support campaigns, drive traffic to the Signature Blends website and marketplaces, and respond to inquiries with professional, timely communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2 years experience in content creation and social media posting.
• Experience managing social media accounts is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Creative and aware of current social media trends.
• Organized and capable of handling multiple brands and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day posting and administration of approved social media accounts.
• Maintain social media content calendars.
• Schedule and publish approved content. Maintain appropriate posting frequency.
• Monitor comments, messages, reactions, and audience engagement.
• Ensure content follows approved company and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate content requirements for approximately ten brands.
• Communicate with Brand Ambassadors regarding content requirements and schedules.
• Collect approved photos, videos, product information, promotions, and other materials.
• Create basic graphics, captions, promotional posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos.
• Adapt content for Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and other platforms.
• Develop social media content that encourages website visits and sales.
