Job summary

Central Affirmative Company, Incorporated is seeking a Digital Marketing Officer to oversee the digital marketing and e-commerce ecosystem for Signature Blends, Inc. The role manages the central website, social media, marketplaces, campaigns, and multi-brand integration.

You will coordinate with outsourced developers, supervise two specialists, and align brand content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada to grow traffic and online sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• At least 2 years experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, social media, or online sales.
• Experience coordinating website development projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of social media, e-commerce platforms, digital advertising, and analytics.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Creative, proactive, commercially oriented, and results-driven.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, platforms, projects, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing plans aligned with sales and marketing objectives.
• Manage central Signature Blends e-commerce website through outsourcing.
• Coordinate content, brand assets, and product information for website.
• Oversee integration of ~10 brands on digital channels and platforms.
• Supervise E-Commerce & Marketplace Specialist and Social Media & Content Specialist.
• Coordinate website testing, launch, and post-launch maintenance.
• Monitor website, marketplaces, and social channels for performance and UX.
• Plan and oversee digital campaigns, launches, and promotions.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
